lil update of normal stuff...

just gonna do it in list form...
  • got my hair cut, its still got its length, just trimmed and a little more life to it(so wierd to say that hair has life, or looks like it has life cause in reality, its just dead cells...haha)
  • LOVE my classes! intense amount of reading, but so awesome! this is what I wanted out of college, subjects that interest and stretch me in a way i love!!
  • cough is almost gone, even after taking nyquil every night since last friday its still lingering...kinda crazy...
  • Plane ticket to Peru is bought, we will be having a meeting about all the details soon and ill update you on that then. I realize ive not shared much about the trip but really cool thing happened this past weekend that i believe was just more confirmation from the Lord. I was at a Missions Retreat at Camp Victory and the first night, i knew some of the missionaries that were there but the two that sat at my table for dinner i had not met yet. one introduced herself and then stated that she was about to move to Peru for basically the rest of her life as a missionary! of all the tables she could have sat at, she chose mine... we chatted about peru all weekend and i got to eat a chicken foot in prep for my trip, Yum...!
  • I really dont know what im going to do this summer...I thought i knew, but for some reason, well, i dont know whats going on...
  • My roommate is moving out this weekend, NOTHING BAD HAPPENED!!! she just became really great friends with someone here who happens to not have a roommate so they prayed about it and decided to room together. its ok. im not hurt or anything...just a twist in the semester and well, the Lord knows what is up with that.
  • My sister had a baby, she is super small and super cute and has a full head of black hair and her name is Venice Pauline Saraceno. I love her...she is pretty much gorgeous!
  • gave my first speech in class tuesday, i was so nervous, it was a personal experience and the title of mine was "The Road to *almost* Africa". i moved around a bunch and bumped into the dry erase board. the audience laughed a bunch and i just kinda let loose and did it. i was told that i have good stage presence, which shocked me... and that i was very enthusiastic and entertaining...but i have to work on my eye contact. apparently i didnt scan the crowd well, i looked up at the ceiling and down at the floor and from one wall to the other. it was fun though and they enjoyed the story.

Thats it for now.
