SPELUNKING!!!

spelunking
1. (v) To explore virgin caverns, and or orafices. Best practiced with a helmet and possibly a light. (Unless it's scary looking, then forgo the light, but be sure to use the helmet!)

i thought that was a funny lil definition for it! it was SO MUCH FUN!! i loved it! its basically caving.

we left early(round 9:30)hahhah anywho, left wednesday morning for our adventure in the caves! the cave itself is not in an obvious location. infact, when we parked just on the side of the road i though that Steve was joking. in passing i would have never thought that there was a cave there. but we just went down this path that wasnt long at all and there it was, the cave!! it was a BLAST!!! climbing, crawling, rolling in mudd. i was covered from head to toe in mud! it was awesome! i wanna go back sometime. there was this room that you could go in down there that was called the music room and what it was was these rocks that were hollow and if you tapped them each would make a different sound! it was crazy! and then there was a natural slide in one part of it. and there was a great room that was three stories high, and you comin into it kinda like your on the 3rd level already, but you can go down to the bottom. we didnt go to the bottom cause the ladder that used to be there was no longer there. and then there was this place called the art room and it was hard to get into, but when you get in it has a bunch of clay figures and such everywhere, they added this to the other art work, gotta leave GYM's mark!the room itself is not big at all and if you didnt know about it prier to goin in you would never know it was there, you have to literally take your helmet off and inch your way through. but all in all, it was an amazing site to see, all natural, all God's handy work. so intricate were the layers with in the cave, all carved by water flow(aka, God's hands!!)

here are some pics from the dayafter coming out of the cave, i think i was the muddiest!
